The offices of Primary Residential Mortgage are located in the Parkway Professional building at 3225 Austin Bluffs Parkway in Suite 202.  This is on the south side of the Parkway with plenty of parking right by our front door.  From the west, turn in near the Remax Realty sign and proceed east to our office building.  From the east, turn left on American and take a right at Colorado Decks and proceed through the parking lot to our office building.

From Denver and north of Colorado Springs:
Take Interstate 25 south to Exit 148A which exits on the left of the interstate to Nevada Ave.  Travel south on Nevada Ave. for about one mile.  Turn left on Austin Bluffs Parkway and travel east for three miles to the offices of Primary Residential Mortgage.

From Pueblo and south of Colorado Springs:
Take Interstate 25 north to Garden of the Gods Road, Exit 146.  Drive east approximately four miles to the offices of Primary Residential Mortgage.  Garden of the Gods Road becomes Austin Bluffs Parkway.
